The pre-ordered items due to be delivered at the end of July have been delayed, following the disruption to logistics caused by Typhoon no. 9.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and the wait this causes to everyone looking forward to their parcel.

We therefore have to change the delivery window as follows.

  • Now: early August (dispatched in batches)

We are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. As soon as it is dispatched, you will automatically receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Impact of the Hokkaidō / Sanriku earthquake on deliveries

Thank you for shopping with the Yukai Engineering online store.

Following the earthquake of 20 April 2026 off the coast of Sanriku, our carriers (Sagawa Express and Japan Post) are currently reporting delivery delays in the areas listed below.

1. Areas affected

Sagawa Express (parcels)

  • Hokkaidō

Japan Post (Yū-Packet)

  • Hokkaidō and the Pacific coastal areas of the Tōhoku region

We are aware of the inconvenience this causes and thank you for your understanding.

2. Dispatch and delivery

Even where a delivery date and time slot have been selected, delivery may not be possible as planned. Using the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email, you can check the status of your parcel on the carriers’ official websites.

  • Sagawa Express: parcel tracking service
  • Japan Post: postal tracking service

3. Cancelling an order

If your delivery is in a suspended area and the uncertainty over the arrival date means you would rather cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.

Depending on how the situation develops, the areas affected and the content of this notice may change. Our thoughts are with everyone affected, and we hope for a swift recovery in the areas hit.
