At mirumi online store, orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of your order being confirmed.
If you would like the fastest possible dispatch, leave the preferred delivery date set to “No preference” when you order.
Where no preferred date is given, dispatch works as follows.

- If you choose a preferred delivery date, we will deliver on that date.
- For the fastest dispatch, leave the preferred date set to “No preference”.
- The time between dispatch and delivery varies by region.
- We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, nor during the O-Bon and New Year periods.
- Deliveries may be delayed by weather or traffic conditions.
- Pre-ordered items are dispatched in batches during the period stated on the product page (that period may change).
Delivery is free across the whole store.
