Delivery times
Once payment has been received, orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Pre-ordered items are dispatched in batches during the period stated on the product page (that period may change). We do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, nor during the O-Bon and New Year periods.
Returns
Items may be returned within 10 days of delivery, provided the packaging has not been opened. Please tell us that you wish to return an item using the contact form. The actual cost of returning the item is yours to cover. Once the item reaches us and we have checked that it is unopened and unused, we will issue a refund. Refunds can take some time to appear because of your card issuer’s procedures. If the item is not found to be unopened and unused, it will be returned to you carriage forward. If you then refuse delivery, we will not be able to return the item or issue a refund.
Items damaged in transit
If your item has been damaged in transit, please have the damage witnessed and acknowledged by the carrier at the point of delivery. We will arrange a replacement of the same item as quickly as possible.
